Pengumuman: Pintu Pro Maintenance 11 Maret 2025

Hi Pintu Pro Traders, kami ingin menginformasikan bahwa Pintu Pro akan menjalani pemeliharaan sistem (maintenance) pada 11 Maret 2025, mulai pukul 06:00 hingga 09:00 WIB.

Selama proses maintenance berlangsung, berikut beberapa hal yang perlu kamu ketahui:

• Maintenance Pintu Pro berlangsung pada 11 Maret 2025 pukul 06:00 – 09:00 WIB.
• Selama masa pemeliharaan, akses ke Pro Spot & Pro Futures melalui aplikasi dan website akan tidak tersedia.
• Semua open order di Pro Spot akan otomatis dibatalkan oleh sistem.
• Transfer off-chain, transfer internal, dan penarikan on-chain dari Pintu Pro tidak akan tersedia.
• On-chain deposit ke Pintu Pro akan dialihkan ke Pintu, sehingga deposit akan masuk ke saldo Pintu.
• Take Profit (TP) dan Stop Loss (SL) pada Pro Futures tetap aktif dan akan dieksekusi jika menyentuh level yang ditentukan.
• Limit order pada Futures akan tetap terbuka dan tidak akan tertutup secara otomatis selama pemeliharaan.

During this maintenance period, please take note of the following:

• Maintenance will take place on March 11, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM WIB.
• Pro Spot & Pro Futures will be unavailable on both the app and website during this period.
• All open orders on Pro Spot will be automatically canceled by the system.
• Off-chain transfers, internal transfers, and on-chain withdrawals from Pintu Pro will be unavailable.
• On-chain deposits to Pintu Pro will be redirected to Pintu, meaning deposits will be credited to your Pintu balance instead.
• Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) on Pro Futures will remain active and will be executed if they reach the set threshold.
• Limit orders on Futures will remain open and will not be automatically closed during maintenance.
