Receiving Crypto from Other Wallets

You can receive various crypto assets listed on Pintu by following these 4 simple steps:

Step 1 – Open the wallet for the asset you want to receive

Tap the Wallet menu at the bottom of the screen, then select the crypto asset you want to receive in your wallet.

Step 2 – Go to the Receive menu

On the asset’s wallet page, tap the Receive button.

Step 3 – Get your username/wallet address

• To receive assets from fellow Pintu users, you can use your Pintu account username.
• To receive crypto assets via the blockchain, you can use your wallet address (To receive assets via the blockchain, make sure the sender uses the same blockchain network).

Step 4 – Share your username/wallet address

Tap Share or Copy to share your username/wallet address to the sender.

Notes:

• Make sure the sender inputs the same wallet address with the one on your Receive page, sending assets to the wrong address can cause permanent asset loss.
• Make sure to always check your wallet address on the Receive page before sharing it to the sender. Pintu may change your wallet address at any time.
