<p>Before you can start investing in or trading crypto assets, you have to deposit Rupiah balance first. Here are the steps to deposit Rupiah balance to your Pintu account:</p>

<p>There are two ways to access the Deposit page.</p>
<ul>
<li>First, you can tap the Deposit button on the top of the Home page.</li>
<li>Second, you can go to the Wallet menu, tap the Rupiah wallet, then tap Deposit.</li>

<h2 id="step-3-transfer-funds-to-pintu-virtual-account-va" class="joli-heading">Step 3 &ndash; <strong>Transfer funds to Pintu Virtual Account (VA)</strong></h2>
<p>If you choose to make your deposit using the VA transfer method, make the transfer funds to Pintu&rsquo;s Virtual Account. For more information, follow the instructions on the page of your preferred deposit method.</p>
<p>You can transfer funds from all banks in Indonesia. We will notify you once the funds have been successfully deposited to your Rupiah wallet.</p>

How to Deposit Rupiah Balance

<p>Input the amount of crypto you want to buy or sell. You can input the amount you want to buy/sell in Rupiah or the crypto asset. To do this, tap the arrow button on the right of the buy/sell amount column. Pintu will calculate the value of the crypto asset based on the price at which the transaction is made.</p>

<p>Check the details of the buy/sell transaction you&rsquo;re going to make. If all information is correct, confirm the transaction by tapping the <strong>Buy Now</strong> or <strong>Sell Now</strong> button.</p>

How to Buy and Sell Crypto Easily at Pintu


<p>You can send crypto assets that you have on Pintu to other wallets. The methods for sending crypto assets are differed based on the destination wallet, below are the steps to send crypto assets.</p>

<p>There are two ways to access the Wallet page. First, you can tap the wallet card of each asset at the top of the Home page. Second, you can tap the <strong>Wallet</strong> menu at the bottom of the screen, then choose the crypto asset you want to send.</p>

<p>To send crypto assets to fellow Pintu users, you can input their Pintu account username. To send crypto assets via blockchain network, you can input the recipient&rsquo;s wallet address.</p>



<p>As an alternative, you can send crypto assets to a wallet address that&rsquo;s already been saved in the addressbook. You can also send crypto assets to the addresses that you recently used as a destination.</p>

<p>Input the amount of crypto you want to send. You can input the amount you want to send in Rupiah or the crypto asset. To do this, tap the arrow button on the right of the send amount column. Pintu will calculate the value of the crypto asset based on the price at which the transaction is made.</p>

<p>Check the details of the transaction you&rsquo;re about to make, because crypto transactions can&rsquo;t be canceled. If all the details are correct, confirm the transaction by tapping the <strong>Send Now</strong> button. We will send a notification when the transaction is successful.</p>

<li>Sending crypto assets to fellow Pintu users is free of charge.</li>



<li>Sending crypto assets to the blockchain will be charged with a blockchain fee. Blockchain fees are not paid to Pintu, but to blockchain miners.</li>



<li>You can find the transaction hash on the Transaction Details page.</li>



<li>Make sure you input the destination address correctly, including the MEMO if needed.</li>



<li>To transfer crypto assets beyond Pintu&rsquo;s platform, you must complete the Travel Rule data</li>

How to Send Crypto Assets


<p>You can receive various crypto assets listed on Pintu by following these 4 simple steps:</p>

<li>Make sure the sender inputs the same wallet address with the one on your Receive page, sending assets to the wrong address can cause permanent asset loss.</li>



<li>Make sure to always check your wallet address on the Receive page before sharing it to the sender. Pintu may change your wallet address at any time.</li>

Receiving Crypto from Other Wallets


<p>You can withdraw your Rupiah balance on Pintu to your bank account. However, for security reasons, your bank account must be verified first. For more information on bank account verification, please find out <strong><a href="https://pintu.co.id/faq/bagaimana-cara-mendaftarkan-rekening-bank">here</a></strong>.</p>



<p>If your bank account has been verified, here are the steps to withdraw Rupiah balance to your bank account.</p>
