Pintu Referral Program

Pintu currently does not offer referral commissions for any trade activities made on Pintu Pro Web or app.

Can I earn commissions from the referral program when I trade on Pintu Pro?

Pintu referral is a program that allows users to earn referral commission by inviting friends to make transactions at Pintu. 



To access Pintu&rsquo;s referral program, go to Account page and tap the referral card.



Note: Transactions from Pintu Pro are not included in the referral program

How to access the referral program on Pintu app?

Based on our new referral program terms &amp; conditions, here are some of the possible reasons why you haven&rsquo;t received referral commissions:
1. Invitees hasn&rsquo;t used your referral code/username.
Please make sure that your friends have used your referral code/username.
2. Invitees may have used your username as a referral code, but haven&rsquo;t made a buy/sell transaction on Pintu.
To earn referral commissions from invitees, they must make a buy/sell transaction first.

Why haven’t I received my referral commission?

Here are the steps to earn commissions in our new referral program which will be active starting from 11 November 2021:
1. On Pintu app, go to the Referral page. Here&rsquo;s how you can access the Referral page: Tap the Account menu located at the bottom right of the screen, then tap the Referral menu.

2. On the Referral page, tap the Invite Friends button to send a referral message through your preferred app, or you can also share your referral code/username to your friend.
3. After sharing your username to the invitee, the invitee needs to enter your username on the Use a Username tab on the Referral page of his/her Pintu app.
4. You will earn a commission each time the invitee makes a buy/sell transaction.
5. You can check the commissions you&rsquo;ve earned on the Referral Commission History.
6. To claim the commissions you&rsquo;ve earned, tap the Claim button.
The commissions that you have claimed will go into the IDRT wallet.

How to earn referral commissions?

By sharing your referral code, you can earn referral commission from friends that you invited. Here&rsquo;s how to share your referral code:
1. Go to Account page, then tap the referral card.
2. In the Invite Friends tab, you can tap Copy username or tap Invite My Friends and choose the social media you want to share your referral code to your friends.

How to share my Pintu referral code?

If you chose not to enter a referral code when registering on Pintu, you can still input your friend&rsquo;s referral code later. Here&rsquo;s how:
1. Go to Account page, then tap the referral card.
2. Choose the Use a Username tab, then input your friend&rsquo;s username.
3. Tap Use Code, then tap Confirm to use your friend&rsquo;s referral code.
