You can send crypto assets that you earn from mining to Pintu as long as they&rsquo;re listed/available on Pintu.
Make sure to send crypto assets to the right address. Sending assets to a wrong address may cause permanent asset loss.

Can I send crypto assets that I earn from mining to Pintu?

This is because Pintu is a crypto exchange with a centralized wallet system, so that we arrange your asset allocation on Pintu.
Make sure you always check your receive address before transacting, because your receive address may change anytime.

Why send and receive wallet address are different when checked on blockchain explorer?

This might happen because you haven&rsquo;t activated the wallet of the asset you want to receive.
Here&rsquo;s what you can do:
1. Activate the wallet of the asset by tapping the Receive button which you can access from the homepage, or the wallet page of each asset.
2. You can also report this case to our Customer Support team by attaching your friend&rsquo;s Transaction ID and the email address registered to your Pintu account.

Why can’t I receive crypto assets from fellow Pintu users?

<ul>
<li>Blockchain transactions require settlement time, make sure to wait for the fair time needed (30 minutes for BTC, 5-10 minutes for other assets).</li>
<li>When the time has passed and you haven&rsquo;t received the crypto, please contact our support team with your transaction ID attached.</li>
</ul>

I sent crypto from another wallet/exchange to Pintu, but the balance in Pintu did not increase/haven’t received the crypto.. What should I do?

<ul>
<li>If you sent your address on Pintu correctly but forgot to put MEMO, contact our support team and include a transaction ID that can be tracked on the blockchain explorer.</li>
<li>If you send to the correct address but you enter the wrong MEMO, we cannot return the asset.</li>
</ul>

I didn’t enter the correct MEMO when sending a BNB or IDRTB to Pintu, can I get the asset back?

A memo is required for certain blockchains, such as the BEP-2 network for sending/receiving BNB and IDRTB.
If there&rsquo;s a memo on the Receive Crypto Asset page, it means you need to include that memo to receive the asset into your Pintu account.

Do I need to include a memo when receiving assets from other exchanges?

For now it&rsquo;s the same, but we can&rsquo;t guarantee the address will stay the same. Make sure to always provide the latest address in accordance with the crypto that will be received.

Do cryptos on one blockchain platform have the same address (i.e. IDRT, USDT, and ETH on the same platform, ERC20)?

CAN NOT. Please only send assets to the address that matches the name. For example: don&rsquo;t send Tether (USDT) to Ethereum (ETH) addresses to avoid failing to receive assets.

Can I receive ERC20 assets other than assets listed in Pintu?

To see your wallet address, please follow these steps:
1. Tap Wallet.
2. Tap on the crypto asset you want to send/receive.
3. Tap Receive, then tap Wallet Address.
4. Select the blockchain network you want to see the wallet address for.
5. Tap the [copypaste] icon to copy the wallet address and memo.
&#9888;&#65039;&nbsp;Notes: Each blockchain network has different wallet address and memo. Make sure the receiver&rsquo;s wallet address and memo is correct for the selected blockchain network. Assets will be permanently lost if the wallet address and/or memo is incorrect.

Where can I find my wallet address on Pintu?

You can receive various crypto assets listed on Pintu by following these 4 simple steps:

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>For recieving assets via BEP-2 network, make sure that the sender includes the MEMO displayed on the Receive page as an additional identifier.</li><li>Make sure the sender inputs the same wallet address with the one on your Receive page, sending assets to the wrong address can cause permanent asset loss.</li><li>Make sure to always check your wallet address on the Receive page before sharing it to the sender. Pintu may change your wallet address at any time.</li></ul>

Receiving Crypto from Other Wallets

You can receive Rupiah Token (IDRT) from various blockchain networks. Pintu will convert IDRT into Rupiah balance in your wallet automatically.
Follow these three simple steps to receive IDRT in Pintu:

WARNING: Selecting a different blockchain from the one sender used will result in the IDRT being sent being permanently lost.

We will display a wallet address (in a unique alphanumeric number of up to dozens of characters) that you can copy and send to the sender.
We also provide a wallet address in the form of a QR code so that the sender can scan it easily.
We will notify you if you have received funds in your wallet.

Make sure the sender provides MEMO if you receive IDRT from Binance Chain (IDRTB,BEP-2). This MEMO is important so that Pintu knows that the transaction was addressed to you. The IDRTB sent without MEMO will be lost permanently.

Pintu cannot help you return the crypto assets you&rsquo;ve sent. Your crypto transaction is irreversible.
