<p>The time required for bank account verification is less than 10 minutes. However, sometimes the verification queue may cause verification to take more time.</p>
<p>If the bank account you register hasn&rsquo;t been verified for more than 1&times;24 hours, you can contact our Customer Support and provide these information:</p>

How much time needed to verify a bank account?

<p>The bank account that you register can&rsquo;t be verified because it doesn&rsquo;t meet the requirements for withdrawing Rupiah balance on Pintu (llink) or because other reasons.</p>
<p>If the account you register meets the requirements or the reason for the rejection is unclear, please contact our Customer Support and provide these information:</p>
<ul>
<li>The email registered on Pintu</li>
<li>The registered bank name</li>
<li>The registered bank account number</li>
</ul>


Why can’t my bank account be verified as a withdrawal destination?

<p>You can add a bank account on Pintu through the Withdraw menu.</p>
<p>On the Rupiah Withdrawal page, tap the <strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1" data-reactroot="">Add Bank Account</span> </strong>button at the bottom of the page.</p>
<p>We will notify you when the bank you register has been verified.</p>


How do I register my bank account as a withdrawal destination?

<p>We verify bank accounts to ensure that the accounts are owned by our users, as well as complying with applicable regulations.</p>


Why do I have to verify my bank account in order to be able to withdraw Rupiah?

<p>Transactions for withdrawing Rupiah balances to bank accounts from Pintu are instant, but sometimes there are problems from the bank or problems with our system which can cause your transaction to be delayed and take longer to be processed.</p>
<p>If your withdrawal transaction exceeds <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">the <a href="https://pintu.co.id/en/faq/withdrawal-completion-time">processing time for disbursing your Rupiah balance at Pintu</a></span>, please contact our Customer Support and provide:</p>
<ul>
<li>The email you registered at Pintu</li>
<li>Rupiah balance disbursement transaction ID at Pintu</li>
<li>Bank name and bank account number to which the disbursement will be made</li>

Why do withdrawals take a long time even though Pintu stated it’s instant?

<p>Error messages that appear when withdrawing Rupiah can be caused by network problems, using an unsupported version of the application, or problems with our system.</p>
<p>If you&rsquo;ve made sure there are no network problems, have updated you Pintu app to the latest version, but still receive an error message, please contact our Customer Support and provide these information:</p>

Why do I get an error message when confirming the withdrawal of my Rupiah balance and can’t make a withdrawal?

<p>Delays in Rupiah withdrawals may be caused by queueing transactions, problems with the bank system, or problems with Pintu&rsquo;s system.</p>
<p>If you don&rsquo;t receive Rupiah in your bank account in more than 1 business day, please contact our Customer Support and help us provide these information:</p>
<ul>
<li>The email you registered to Pintu</li>
<li>Rupiah withdrawal Transaction ID</li>
<li>The name of the bank and the account number of the destination bank</li>
</ul>


Why haven’t I received the withdrawn funds, while the transaction status on the Pintu app is stated successful?

<p>The following are the requirements for a bank account that can be registered as a destination for Rupiah withdrawals on Pintu:</p>
<ul>
<li>The registered account is a personal conventional bank account (not a virtual account).</li>
<li>The account is still active within the last 3 months.</li>
<li>The account is not an e-Wallet virtual account number.</li>
<li>The name of the bank account holder is the same as the name registered on the Pintu account.</li>
<li>The name of the account holder must be written without punctuation such as periods, dashes, commas, and others. Example: Sri A&rsquo;in must be written as Sri Ain.</li>
</ul>


What are the requirements for a bank account to be used for withdrawal purposes?

<p>For now, Pintu only supports Rupiah withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts.</p>


Can I withdraw Rupiah to international bank accounts?

<p>Pintu accepts and processes Rupiah withdrawal requests 24 hours/7 days, also during the holidays.</p>
<p>Notes:<br>
&ndash; Rupiah withdrawals to BRI and BNI accounts are only processed during 08:00-23:00 WIB every day.</p>


When will my Rupiah withdrawal be processed? (Pintu withdrawal services working hours)


<p>The estimated time to withdraw Rupiah from Pintu to your bank account is 1&times;24 hours.</p>



<p>However, withdrawals above Rp250.000.000/transaction to other bank accounts other than BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB, Permata, and Danamon may take more than 1-2 business days because Pintu applies the LLG/RTGS transfer method.</p>



<p>If you want to withdraw more than Rp250.000.000 to a bank other than the mentioned above and expect a faster transaction, we suggest you to divide the withdrawal into several transactions.</p>

<li>Withdrawals to BNI requested after 23:55 WIB will be processed at the next 05.30 WIB. </li>



<li>Withdrawals to Bank Mandiri requested after 21:30 WIB will be processed at the next 04:00 WIB.</li>



<li>Withdrawals to SEA Bank, Bank Jago, and BNC requested after 23:00 WIB will be processed at the next 02:00 WIB.</li>



<li>Withdrawals to CIMB Rekening Ponsel requested after 23:00 WIB will be processed at the next 02:00 WIB.</li>



<li>Withdrawals may take longer when the queue is long.</li>
</ul>


How long will it take for the funds I withdraw to enter the destination account?

<p>The minimum withdrawal amount on Pintu is Rp50.000.</p>
<p>The maximum withdrawal amount on Pintu depends on when the transactions is made:<br>
&ndash; During the weekdays (Moday-Friday) there&rsquo;s no minimum withdrawal amount.<br>
&ndash; During the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and national holidays, Rupiah withdrawals are limited to Rp500.000.000 per day for each user.</p>


What is the minimum and maximum amount for Rupiah withdrawals?


<p>You can withdraw your Rupiah balance on Pintu to your bank account. However, for security reasons, your bank account must be verified first. <p>If your bank account has been verified, here are the steps to withdraw Rupiah balance to your bank account.</p>

<p>There are two ways you can access the Withdraw menu.</p>

<li>Second, you can enter the Wallet menu, tap the Rupiah wallet, then tap the <strong>Withdraw</strong> button.</li>
