As of November 2022, the value chart shows data from the last 6 months first. If your investment period goes beyond 1 year, the value chart will show the option to view data from the last 1 year.

Can I view the value chart from earlier period than just the last 6 months?

The Rupiah value shown on the chart is a mid price, the midpoint between buying and selling price. Final buying or selling price will be calculated when you&rsquo;re making transactions, so it may differ from the price shown on the chart

How is the Rupiah value shown on the chart calculated?

Simply tap the &#128257; icon on top right corner of the asset&rsquo;s Wallet page to view the chart in Rupiah value. Tap the &#128257; icon again to view chart in Token value.

How to view individual asset chart in Rupiah value?

Account value chart is a graphical aid you can use to monitor the value of your assets on Pintu. There are 2 kinds of account value chart:



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Total asset value chart, displays the value of all your assets on Pintu in Rupiah value. You can access this chart on the main page of Wallet menu.</li><li>Individual asset value chart, displays the value of each of your assets in Rupiah and Token value. You can access this chart on each asset&rsquo;s Wallet page.</li></ul>

What is account value chart?

You can change your Pintu account username, but only limited to one time, from the default generated one to your chosen username.
Here are the steps to change your username:
1. Tap Account menu located on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap your name on the card located at the top of your screen.
3. On the username column, tap the Change Username link.

Can I change my Pintu account username?

The account holder name of the bank account you register must match the name registered on your Pintu account, otherwise the bank account will be rejected.

Why was my bank account rejected?

There are two possibilities if &ldquo;Limit Exceeded&rdquo; message appears when you try to log into your Pintu account.
First, you might have exceeded the limit for entering OTP/password. Other than that, you might have requested OTP too many times.
For cases where you exceed the limit for entering OTP/password, you can wait for 5 minutes retry inputting OTP/password.
For cases where you request OTP too many times, you can wait for 2 hours and retry inputting OTP.

Why can’t I Log into my Pintu Account and “Limit Exceeded” message appears?

If the owner of a Pintu account dies, heirs/family can contact our Customer Support team to claim the account and assets stored on Pintu.

How to take care of inheritance on Pintu?

If your device is lost or your Pintu app is deleted, you can log into your account using a new device or download the app again.
If you want to log into your Pintu account using the number you lost with your device, you can contact your service provider to get a new SIM card with the same number. If not, you can change the phone number linked to your Pintu account by contacting our Customer Support.

How to Recover My Account If I Lost My Device/App?

Errors can occur because of too many OTP requests or input too many incorrect OTP.
Wait for 2 hours and re-do the login process again. Make sure the internet network that you use is stable to avoid errors reappear.

I tried to log in but the error “time limit” appears, what should I do

Yes, you can.
To change your phone number, please follow these steps:
<ol>
<li>Open the Pintu app, then go to the Pintu Account page and click &ldquo;Request Change&rdquo; just below the currently registered phone number. 
Note: If you encounter issues during login, &ldquo;Request Change&rdquo; is available on the OTP verification page.</li>
<li>A submission form will appear. Enter the new phone number along with the reason for the change.</li>
<li>Take a selfie holding the ID used during account verification (make sure the ID is clearly visible and does not cover your face), and click &ldquo;Continue.&rdquo;</li>
<li>Alternatively, click &ldquo;Retake&rdquo; if you want to take another selfie.</li>
<li>Pintu&rsquo;s customer service will then review the submission, and the process will continue via email with an estimated time of 1 calendar day.</li>
</ol>

Can I change my phone number used to receive OTP?

To delete your account, please follow these steps:



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Ensure your balance in Pintu Retail, Pintu Web3, and Pintu Pro is zero, or any remaining assets will be forfeited upon account deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reactivated (you cannot register an account with the same ID).</li>



<li>Open the Pintu app, go to your Account page, and click &ldquo;Delete Account&ldquo;</li>



<li>Fill in the deleting reason field, check all the agreements, and click &ldquo;Continue&ldquo;</li>



<li>Take a selfie by holding the identification card used during account verification (ensure the ID card is visible and does not cover your face).</li>



<li>Review the account deletion data that appears on the confirmation page</li>



<li>If everything is correct, click &ldquo;Delete Account&ldquo;</li>
</ol>

<li>After finish the account deletion step above, you will be automatically logged out of your Pintu account. Pintu Customer Services will receive your account deletion request via email.</li>



<li>The deletion process will be communicated through email by Pintu CS, with an estimated completion time of 1 calendar day.</li>

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can access your Pintu account on many devices.
You can also set which device is being logged in through the settings feature.

Can I access my Pintu account on many devices?

If you do not receive an OTP code via Telegram when verifying your mobile number or logging into the Pintu app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct and your Telegram account is not set private.
2. Wait a few moments for the OTP code to be sent to the registered mobile number.
3. If you still have not received the OTP code, add @pintutech to your Telegram contacts. Then, tap Resend OTP on Pintu app.
If after these steps you still have not received an OTP code, please choose another channel option (WhatsApp or SMS) to send the code or contact our support team.

Why did I not receive an OTP code via Telegram from Pintu?

If you do not receive an OTP code via SMS when verifying your mobile number or logging into the Pintu app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct.
2. Wait a few moments for the OTP code to be sent to the registered mobile number.
3. Tap Resend OTP if you still have not received the OTP code.
If after these steps you still have not received an OTP code, please choose another channel option (WhatsApp or Telegram) to send the code.
Notes:
Please also make sure that:
&ndash; Your SMS inbox is not full.
&ndash; Your mobile network is active and has a good/uninterrupted signal when sending the OTP code via SMS or contact our support team.
